Trust & transparency

Editorial Policy

PaxelPro exists to make technology easier to use. This page explains exactly how our articles are produced, who is responsible for them, and how you can challenge anything we publish.

Who we are

PaxelPro is an independent publisher covering technology, artificial intelligence, Android apps, online safety and digital productivity, with a readership concentrated in India. The site and the PaxelPro Android app are operated by the PaxelPro team, which is also responsible for all editorial decisions. You can read more on our About page or reach the team directly on our Contact page.

How we research and write

  • We only publish on subjects we use ourselves — apps we have installed, tools we have tested, and processes (like reporting online fraud) we have walked through step by step.
  • Claims about a product's features, pricing or availability are checked against the vendor's own documentation, app-store listing or official announcement at the time of writing.
  • Guides for official procedures — banking, cybercrime reporting, government portals — link to the primary official source so readers never have to trust us alone.
  • Every article is written for a specific reader question and is only published when it answers that question completely, with practical steps rather than filler.

Review before publishing

No article goes live without a human editor reading it end to end. The reviewer checks factual accuracy, that instructions actually work in the current version of the app or service, that headings match the content, and that nothing is exaggerated or promotional beyond what the evidence supports.

Use of AI assistance

We sometimes use AI tools to help with drafting outlines, tidying grammar and translating our own articles between English, Hindi and Bengali. AI output is never published as-is: a human editor verifies every fact, rewrites where needed and takes final responsibility for what appears on the page. We do not publish machine-generated content on subjects we have not verified.

Corrections policy

If we get something wrong, we fix it. Email paxelpropp@gmail.com with the article link and what is incorrect, and we aim to respond within three working days. Substantive corrections are noted in the article, and every article shows the date it was last reviewed.

Updates and freshness

Technology changes quickly. Guides tied to a specific app version, interface or price are re-checked periodically and updated in place rather than duplicated, so there is one canonical, current version of each guide on the site.

Advertising and independence

The site is funded by display advertising and, occasionally, affiliate links. Advertising is clearly labelled and is served by third-party networks; advertisers have no input into what we cover or what we conclude. Affiliate relationships never change a recommendation — see our Disclaimer and Privacy Policy for the full detail.

Sponsored content

We do not publish paid guest posts, paid links or undisclosed sponsored reviews. If we ever publish sponsored content, it will be labelled as such at the top of the article.

Reader privacy

We collect only what is needed to run and improve the site. Details of analytics, cookies and advertising cookies — including how to opt out — are in our Privacy Policy.
